On 16 needhams were sent to Sparta Georgia to T. C. & DeL Turner. Research shows T.C. & DeL Turner owned a commision based business for general goods in Sparta Georgia. It is thought these Needhams were to be used for a local militia unit. During research on T. C. & DeL Turner it was discovered they were involved in three lawsuits. Those documents are included here.
