Barrel C has an interesting feature. The inspector stamp at the bottom of the barrel is J.M.W
This inspector is not listed in any of the publications I have seen. It is listed in the Daum & Pate book, but does not show him as a Bridesburg inspector. It does say his time as a contract inspector is not known. But over his initials are a C (Condemned). So at some point after this barel was approved it was condemned. It was still modified to use as a Fenian Needham Conversion.
